Hover over any seat location with a lock icon. On Broadway Direct, for performances starting 2/13, to unlock American Express Access, navigate to your chosen performance. If you wish to go back to view all other available seats, click the ‘X’ next to the name in the upper left-hand corner.
You can select from the listed dates to view available American Express seats. Once unlocked, seats available will appear on the map. Then follow the instructions to unlock the seats.
On Broadway Direct, for performances through 2/11, to unlock American Express Access, click ‘Enter Promo Code’ in the top left-hand corner of the screen and then select the American Express seating you wish to unlock from the pop-up window.
